This luxurious plan includes two types of local appetizers, a red snow crab salad, three types of fresh fish sashimi from the Hokuriku region, other local delicacies such as Tochio age leeks and miso, fried young chicken curry, steamed Hokuriku seafood as the main course, grated eel soba noodles as the final dish, seasonal sweets, and 3 hours of all-you-can-drink!
